Feeling exhausted pretty much all the time, bloating, mood swings, and breakouts are some of the most common symptoms of PMS. Women experience these symptoms a couple of days before the onset of their menstrual cycle. This condition not only affects women physically but emotionally and psychologically as well, and that has something to do with the fluctuation of hormonal levels. As if mood constant mood swings weren’t enough, the appearance of one or more pimples on the face before the onset of menstrual flow makes females feel even more frustrated. Since the hormones in your body undergo a change during this period, it causes your skin to overproduce sebum, which in turn, results in breakouts.

Aside from cleaning your face using a gentle cleanser, you should also make sure that your body is free of all the toxins, and the best way to remove these toxins is by drinking plenty of water every day.

Feeling tired and lazy is also a part of PMSing, but instead of giving in to this, you should fight it back by staying super active.
