The blue light penetrates deep into the skin and damages the skin cells. So, to protect your skin while using a computer or mobile screens wearing an SPF is a must.
Moisturizer Is Important
The harmful effect of the computer screen is lack of moisture content that causes skin dryness and to replenish the lost moisture content into your skin you should use a water-based gel moisturizer regularly. A water-based moisturizer will moisturize your skin without clogging your pores and making your skin sticky. Also, to enable your skin to remain hydrated even if you have to sit in front of the computer screens for a long time, drink at least 2 liters of water daily.

Eat Healthy
What you eat reflects on your skin and if you ought to eat healthy that shows on your skin. Thus, you should eat healthy and a balanced diet. Eat nuts, avocadoes, walnuts, fruits, and juices to have a rich and balanced diet.
